How to Find the right personal trainer for you in Atlanta Georgia.
First a person should have a list of needs and desires for and from the personal trainer, fitness coach. Lots of people when talking to me have the same question how do I find the right Personal Trainer or Tennis Coach.
First Find a trainer that can work with you, for instance one group that I work with is Ladies and for this example we will use women, but it could be men, older or younger people etc, which I work with all these groups of people.
The personal trainer who offers weight training for women should structure their workout sessions for your needs. The weight training session should be structured for women in particular. Ask the fitness trainer if they are nationally certified & how long they have been a personal training.
Also Does the Fitness pro service your Area, in my case I service Midtown Atlanta, Buckhead and some of the surrounding area. Watch out for a personal trainer that is coming from 30 miles away, they aren't doing anybody any favors.

Most of my Clients find me and call to talk about Fitness options, but this would apply if this is a face to face talk conversations as well.
During your first phone call to a potential fitness trainer they should be able to describe their workout briefly, take notes about what you are looking for and areas that you feel need help. You should also ask the fitness trainer if they have a good amount of experience working with people like you. Ask your friends and family for referals, almost everone knows of at least 1 personal trainer. If you don't feel completely comfortable with the personal trainer, find another person and Trust your judgement. With these tips you should be able to find an experienced and competent trainer for weight training for women.

Jeff is also available for playing sessions: Playing sessions are designed for the more advanced tennis player who has difficulty in scheduling other players to play. Each session lasts typically an 75 minutes Jeff has flexible schedules and is even available for same day appointments.
I'm available for group or private sessions for both personal training or tennis instructions, tennis teaching for begginners to advanced.
The last techinique to stay on your exercise program is to workout with a friend, a personal trainer or a specialized coach. In my case I'm a personal trainer and tennis instructor. First either with a friend or a coach, it is a appointment so you have to keep it, second if you use better form like is done in tennis, or working you will be less likely to become injured and learn the proper techinque to excel.
