Bring the Boot-camp experience to your Neighborhood, Office, or Community, Jeff Brings the Fitness,
During the Fitness Boot Camp we will start out with Stretching, go into Abs and Core work, go into physical exercise, Pushups, Leg Lifts, Triceps Dips, Lunges, Squats, jumping Jacks, and maybe finish off the hour with a run.
Jeff can customize the program for any group and level of fitness
All Levels and Ability’s All Ages
Best when done with groups of 4-14 people.
Tennis Boot-Camp (Cardio Tennis)
Jeff Can also Give you Boot Camp on your tennis Court, part Boot Camp, Part Group tennis drills and strokes. |
