Good personal trainers will show clients which exercises are helpful and which are dangerous or a waste of time (such as outdated abdominal), all the advanced abdominal exercises routines should be performed safely. Hello Atlanta Fitness and Friends for Tuesday, Janurary 6th, Good Bye 2008, Happy New Years Atlanta. Remember this is the perfect time to start that News Years Fitness Resolution to get in shape, I'm doing a bootcamp later on, so get off the coach and get in a workout or some fitness. Remember those holiday personal training or Tennis lesson Gift certificates, there good for Personal or group fitness training, or tennis, cardio group sessions, give the gift of health/fitness and exercise this year, Get in the Game Atlanta!!, also good for my others services, including Running, racketball+ swimming.
Here is a new workout program to keep your self in shape and Jump-start the holiday Resolution to get into better shape for 2009. Looking to restart the group fitness classes within the next couple of weeks, bootcamps and semi private fitness classes and get that New Years fitness rosolution going I can come to you and bring a group to join you, or you can join one of my groups. Classes mostly in Buckhead and Midtown, will travel to perimeter mall, and the Vinings area in Atlanta GA. Atlanta area weather, good day for a running, a little rain but other wise nice temperature 62.

Start with 5-15 warmup, which can include abs and core work and lite stretching. Please consult your doctor or other health pro before starting any exercise program. This program is designed for healthy people without injury and this program was designed for a 30 year old man, please start slowly and buildup to this program. For this program reps go first, weight second possition.

Fitness with Jeff is available 7 days a week for personal training, tennis instruction for both privates, groups, and team coaching.

Tennis Instruction, Fitness Training Session Pricing $55 for 1 person $30 per person for 2 $25 per person for 3 or 4 $20 per person for 5 or 6 people for both of my services. Fitness with Jeff is available for individual, groups, team coaching and clinics for both tennis lessons, tennis coaching, personal training, Fitness boot camps and fitness Clinics.

Jeff is also available for playing sessions: Playing sessions are designed for the more advanced tennis player who has difficulty in scheduling other players to play. Each session lasts typically an 75 minutes Jeff has flexible schedules and is even available for same day appointments.
I'm available for group or private sessions for both personal training or tennis instructions, tennis teaching for begginners to advanced.
The last techinique to stay on your exercise program is to workout with a friend, a personal trainer or a specialized coach. In my case I'm a personal trainer and tennis instructor. First either with a friend or a coach, it is a appointment so you have to keep it, second if you use better form like is done in tennis, or working you will be less likely to become injured and learn the proper techinque to excel. Jeff also does these other services, Running Walking (jogging partner) Dog running,Swimming Racketball Basketball Baseball Dogdeball Kickball Aerobics Biking and Spinning (bycle exercise)
